The hotel is an old bank building so the walls are thick. Other than hearing water running from the room above when you're in the bathroom, it's very quiet unlike newer hotels. Everyone at the hotel, from the valet to the front desk to especially the breakfast bar ladies were very friendly and helpful to meet your needs. I was a little anxious after reading other reviews of this hotel but I am glad we did not pay attention and stayed at this hotel. It was a perfect location if you are visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or going to a game at Progressive Field. All within easy walking distance.

That it was in the heart of town and within walking distance of the basketball game. Adult time in the lobby area was nice. Breakfast was nice and the ladies kept the area clean and filled. Always checking on the guest.

High ceilings, Comfortable beds and vey quiet surroundings. The view from the 12th floor was very nice at night. The breakfast is over a bit to early but it was full of choices and was very good. We liked the refrigerator and coffee in our room. The bathrooms were very clean as expected. I must add I did a complete check of the room for anything amiss when we entered. In 1973-1976 I was a Holiday Inn maid and then trainer. I’m pretty tough on judging rooms. This one was very good.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations The staff willingly and kindly tried to help with the elevator issues Location was great for walking to Rock& Roll Hall of Fame, restaurants, breweries and the wedding we came for. Bed was comfy.

The rooms were fantastic and it was located so we valet the car and walked to all the attractions downtown.

The room was huge and so nice. Was able to fit 2 adults and 4 cheerleaders comfortably in a king suite. Parking was tough so we just used the valet parking but it was worth the cost! Everyone was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was so good! Definitely will be staying here again next Cleveland trip!

The room was amazing! Super tall ceiling. The bathtub was HUGE and jets in it. Nice television. Breakfast was also delicious! Great complimentary breakfast I've had at a hotel. Also the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of stuff!

Everything! Perfect location for a stay downtown...Everything is within walking distance. The staff was phonemal. Friendly and helpful. Starting each morning with a friendly hello and smile from the staff in breakfast was a great way to begin our day!

Staff was very helpful with directions and helping with AC situation. Excellent location. Able to walk to most restaurants and entertainment.

Great location, amazing free breakfast and beautiful older building. The best part of the hotel is the staff! They were able to get us in really early to the room after traveling all night! From maintenance, housekeeping, breakfast staff and the front desk they are really friendly and amazing people! Would definitely stay again!
